Beschreibung

Wiz Fizz ist ein erfrischender Cocktail, der mit Gin, Cynar, Zitronensaft, Zuckersirup, Eiweiß und Schlagsahne eine cremige Textur und eine ausgewogene Säure- und Süße erzeugt.

Zutaten

Mengen für 1 Portion als Basis.

45 ml ml Gin
15 ml ml Cynar
22.5 ml ml Zitronensaft
22.5 ml ml Zuckersirup
1 1 1 Egg White
30 ml ml Cream
30 ml ml Root beer

Zubereitung

  1. 1 Fill a highball glass 1/5 full with root beer and set aside.
  2. 2 Combine the remaining ingredients, except the cream, in a mixing tin and dry shake without ice.
  3. 3 Add the cream and dry shake again.
  4. 4 Add ice and shake again for 30 to 40 seconds.
  5. 5 Strain the ice out of the shaker and dry shake once more for 1 minute.
  6. 6 Pour the contents of the shaker into the highball glass and allow to settle before adding a final topper.
