Beschreibung

Der Dead Rabbit ist ein Halloween-Cocktail, der aus Mezcal, Tequila Blanco, Cynar, Himbeersirup, Zitronensaft und Eiweiß besteht. Die süße Himbeere balanciert den bitteren Cynar, während der Mezcal die Basis des Getränks bildet.

Zutaten

Mezcal 30 ml
Tequila Blanco 22.5 ml
Cynar 7.5 ml
Raspberry Syrup 22.5 ml
Limettensaft 30 ml
Egg White 1 whole

Zubereitung

  1. 1 In a shaker, add all the ingredients.
  2. 2 Vigorously dry shake for 30 seconds (without ice).
  3. 3 Add a scoop of ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds.
  4. 4 Double strain into a coupe. Note: For the Halloween edition, add 2 bags of Celestial Raspberry tea during the steep for that spooky black color.
