Der Affinity ist ein klassischer Cocktail, der ursprünglich aus gleichen Teilen Scotch Whisky, trockenem und süßem Vermouth bestand. In Edinburgh bei Bramble wurde das Rezept weiterentwickelt, indem ein Highland Single Malt (Glenmorangie 10 Jahre) und Byrrh Grand Quinquina als süßer Teil verwendet wurden. Der Cocktail wird in Barren aus oloroso Sherry gereift, wodurch ein einzigartiger Geschmack entsteht.
