Scotch and Coconut vereint schottischen Whisky mit tropischem Charakter.

Beschreibung

Ein Cocktail, der die Kombination aus schottischem Whisky und tropischem Charakter vereint. Die Mischung aus Rum, Curaçao, Kokoswasser und Süßstoff schafft eine ausgewogene Balance zwischen Würze und Frische.

Zutaten

Dark Rum 30 ml
Scotch whiskey 30 ml
Coconut water 15 ml
Cointreau 7.5 ml
Demerara Syrup 1 barspoon
Mole Bitters 2 dash

Zubereitung

  1. 1 A day ahead of making the cocktail, freeze the coconut water in a large ice cube mold.
  2. 2 When ready to make the drink, combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir until chilled.
  3. 3 Strain into a rocks glass over the frozen coconut water ice.
