Ein ginger-geschmacklicher bourbon-Cocktail mit Minze, Zitronen und Sodawasser, der sich durch seine frische und aromatische Kombination auszeichnet.

Zubereitung
- 1 Add bourbon, ginger juice, lemon wedges and mint to cocktail shaker.
- 2 Add ice and shake until chilled.
- 3 Strain into a highball or Collins glass over fresh ice.
- 4 Top with soda water and Angostura bitters (don't be shy about the bitters).
- 5 Garnish with a mint sprig.
