Poolside Gossip ist ein frischer, erfrischender Cocktail, der an sonnige Sommertage und ikonische Fotografie erinnert. Mit Wodka, Zitronensaft, Pfirsichlikör, Zuckersirup, Beeren, Peychauds Bitters und Prosecco entsteht ein leckerer, leichter Spritz.

Zubereitung
- 1 Add 1 strawberry to a shaker and muddle.
- 2 Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to the shaker.
- 3 Shake with ice, strain into an ice-filled glass.
- 4 Top with sparkling wine.
- 5 Garnish.
- 6 Lemongrass Vodka:
- 7 - Add 7 1/2 grams of loose-leaf lemongrass tea to 750ml of vodka or 3 3/4 grams of tea to 375ml of vodka.
- 8 - Allow the mixture to steep for 2 hours.
- 9 - Afterward, strain out the tea.
