Der Apèro Spritz ist ein frischer, alkoholischer Cocktail mit Pisco als Basis, der mit Prosecco, Aperol, Rosen-Sirup und Zitronensaft harmonisch vermischt wird. Der Geschmack ist sauer, süß und leicht erfrischend, ideal für den Apéro oder als Sommergetränk.

Zutaten

Pisco 15 ml
Prosecco 90 ml
Aperol 30 ml
Rose syrup 7.5 ml
Zitronensaft 15 ml

Zubereitung

  1. 1 Add first four ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and short shake.
  2. 2 Double strain into a wine glass over cracked clear ice and top with prosecco.
  3. 3 Garnish with red currants if you have them, lemon wedge if you don’t
