Beschreibung
Der Apèro Spritz ist ein frischer, alkoholischer Cocktail mit Pisco als Basis, der mit Prosecco, Aperol, Rosen-Sirup und Zitronensaft harmonisch vermischt wird. Der Geschmack ist sauer, süß und leicht erfrischend, ideal für den Apéro oder als Sommergetränk.

Zubereitung
- 1 Add first four ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and short shake.
- 2 Double strain into a wine glass over cracked clear ice and top with prosecco.
- 3 Garnish with red currants if you have them, lemon wedge if you don’t
