Zubereitung
- 1 Fill a highball or Collins glass two-thirds full with ice.
- 2 Stir to chill the glass, then drain off any water.
- 3 Pour the tea, St-Germain and whiskey into the glass and stir gently to combine.
- 4 Pour soda water down the side of the glass so as to retain carbonation.
- 5 Add ice and top with a final splash of soda water.
- 6 Express the lemon peel, then discard.
- 7 Garnish with fresh bay leaf.
